Feature Requests

It would be useful to be able to have separate email templates we can select to send a reference. For example we can send 'First Attempt' or 'Second Attempt' and this can be reflected in the notes.

Add an expiry date to the DBS section on compliance so we can set an expiry date depending on the compliance within your sector. Also add an option for if the DBS is on the update service or not

We regularly are asked for candidates with two skill sets it would be very useful to be able to search for people who hold two skillsets as currrently if i put two in teh search it gives me people who have one or teh other which is no use and i have to manually go through each candidate

It would be useful to be able to customise the email template that is sent for the Booking Notifications to Candidates and Clients.

It would be useful to be able to add in the list of Pools of candidates that the candidate has been assigned to.

Allow documents to be archived or excluded from the booking alerts, so we can keep a record of the expired documents, but allow them to not prevent a booking.

It would be useful to customise the questions that are asked, allowing for additional questions or ones required to our sector.

It would be useful to have the Perms notes to be longer than 200 characters.

It would be useful to be able to customise the order of the sections within the onboarding form.

The No Show box has a helpful question mark which shows you dates and reasons for No Shows, but it would be useful to see the same information for Cancelled by Worker
