Hi team, I’d like to suggest an enhancement to the margin calculator. I’m pretty sure most agencies use invoice finance / umbrellas, which is an extra expense that needs to be factored in when agreeing on charge rates with clients. It would be really helpful to have an additional option in the margin calculator to include an invoice finance fee and umbrella fee (as a guidance figure) before working out the final numbers. This would make it much easier to get an accurate picture of true costs and margins. Thanks for considering this!

The CSV upload feature exists, but the current templates don’t really match Centric Flow Client and Candidate Profiles setup. We still have to manually add or correct a lot of key details after uploading like website links and nationality (which always defaults to British) and several other fields. Some fields are missing completely: County,Payment Method, Payment Method,Employment Type,Candidate CV Provenience Source,Client Source,SIC codes,Website,etc just to name a few. Self billing always defaults to "Yes", which is unusual for most temp roles—especially for positions like warehouse operatives or housekeepers, who typically don’t self bill. This setup is more relevant for HGV drivers (Ltd.), IT professionals, or others who require self billing. For most temps, self billing shouldn’t be the default. This manual work defeats the purpose of bulk uploading, as it doesn’t actually save us much time. Would it be possible to revise the CSV structure to better align with the actual Client and Candidate Profile data and reduce the amount of post-upload editing required?

Can you assist with the below please, the candidate cannot seem to finish the on-boarding, his clicked on the t&cs, and unable to click Finish? Can you remove this function?, This keeps happening and causes more issues for me, I don't even have any candidate terms. Yes I've done the form, no issues. Why are the candidates having issues, saying the finish button doesn't work? Can't the terms be automatically emailed out once registered? This will save any issues at the end of registration, this isn't a legal requirement for me as I do not directly employ any one

It would be useful to be able to see the list of pools a candidate is associated with, without having to go into each pool to check.

In line with audit requirements, we need to retain an email record of each reference request. While we can log when a reference is sent, it’s also essential that we receive confirmation of the date the reference was completed This might already exist as a notification, but I have not received one, so I wanted to check if this is enabled, and how it's received.

Firstly, I would like to acknowledge that the integration with Companies House is a brilliant feature and has the potential to save significant time. Would be even better if we could get the company website but this is outside companies house integration purpose. However, there are several critical issues that currently undermine its effectiveness and reliability. The integration needs to format company data properly, using capital letters only where appropriate (e.g. names of people, companies, institutions). Centric Flow often pulls outdated info (like resigned directors), addresses aren't added to the correct fields,sometimes completely missing a city/town,county, misses actual SIC codes (only gives descriptions) and requires an email for contacts, which we usually don’t have at this stage. All names, addresses, PSCs and contacts come in all capitals and can’t be edited without an email, making reformatting impossible. These issues mean we still have to check Companies House manually, which defeats the purpose of the integration.

It would be useful if we are able to make this more mobile friendly within the Candidate portal.

It would be useful to be able to add Days as an option.

we are moving archived candidates into onboarding when they are returning to work for us and are showing their non-compliant documents in the Expiring document report. To help us focus more effectively, could we adjust the reporting to only include active candidates?
