Hi team, I’d like to suggest an enhancement to the margin calculator. I’m pretty sure most agencies use invoice finance / umbrellas, which is an extra expense that needs to be factored in when agreeing on charge rates with clients. It would be really helpful to have an additional option in the margin calculator to include an invoice finance fee and umbrella fee (as a guidance figure) before working out the final numbers. This would make it much easier to get an accurate picture of true costs and margins. Thanks for considering this!

Firstly, I would like to acknowledge that the integration with Companies House is a brilliant feature and has the potential to save significant time. Would be even better if we could get the company website but this is outside companies house integration purpose. However, there are several critical issues that currently undermine its effectiveness and reliability. The integration needs to format company data properly, using capital letters only where appropriate (e.g. names of people, companies, institutions). Centric Flow often pulls outdated info (like resigned directors), addresses aren't added to the correct fields,sometimes completely missing a city/town,county, misses actual SIC codes (only gives descriptions) and requires an email for contacts, which we usually don’t have at this stage. All names, addresses, PSCs and contacts come in all capitals and can’t be edited without an email, making reformatting impossible. These issues mean we still have to check Companies House manually, which defeats the purpose of the integration.

Please could the auto-notification that is sent by email when a client manager is changed or allocated to a client when saving the client details be turn off? FD #4387

Is there a way we can only show active job titles on the client booking request portal? Are we also able to allow the clients to view the names of the candidates that have been assigned to the requests.

Ability to set a reoccurrence on tasks for regular tasks

Only thing I would bring up on this because I did do a mailshot last week for the 2 QS’s. When sending it out, we only get the option to send it to ‘main contact’ or ‘All contacts’ of a business. So for example if we knew the DM/ correct contact at Client A wasn’t listed as the main contact, we’d have to select ‘all contacts’ but then we’d potentially risk sending the email to a lot of the wrong people. From experience I’d suggest it should be more targeted than either one person who may not be correct or everyone where we know for a fact some people won’t be correct.

The ability for site addresses to show up when searching for a postcode as we list all services under a company as site addresses

Is there a way we can create client pools that work in the same way the client pools do.

When sending emails to clients, can we improve the experience so we can better control how this is managed, when sending in bulk. FD 5122

Please could we have an import client contacts feature that allows us to select a CSV with client contacts details (Contact ID, Name, Telephone, Email, Mobile, etc) and then have an external client id to link the contact to an existing CentricFlow Client so then we can update contact details in bulk via a CSV file? If the Contact ID/Reference already exists in CentricFlow then it will override the existing contact details. Otherwise it will add a new client contact record.
