Feature Requests

To improve consistency across our candidate records, I would like to request a feature that allows us to select multiple candidates and bulk update specific data fields (such as roles, assignments, status, etc.) to a single value. This would streamline data management and ensure uniformity across our candidate database.

When your registering a candidate it required you to enter a “start date” as a mandatory field but we often register candidates that don’t start working for us for a period of time, can you add a registration date field and make the start date mandatory when we place the candidate into a booking for the first time.

It would be useful to be able to report on new candidates, so we can set and measure this as a KPI.

It would be useful to be able to have an option to view the candidates from the actions menu on the candidate list, saving us from having to head to the profile to load this.

For legacy candidates, we need to get them to sign our terms after they have registered. We don't want these to sit under compliance, but segmented so we can identify signed vs normal compliance.

Can we allow for filtering by branch on the list candidates.

What would be useful is, if we are able to supply the PDF we would like signing as we click on 'Request Signed Documents' and this would add some efficiencies and negate the need for us to upload the document, to then ask for it to be signed.

I have just gone through the dashboard and I can't see anything on onboarding candidates. I would like to see how long somebody has been going through the process and any information on how far they are within the process and their primary and secondary roles, so I can see which client they are linked to.

Can we have an additional tab for being able to add documents for candidates that are not compliance documents.
