It would be useful if we are able to define our own shift types. In some cases, we have our own terminology, so be useful to align this.

Is there a way we can add some additional items to the candidate compliance, so we can ensure candidates are clear on the mandatory and optional, maybe a count of how many are mandatory so they can watch this number decrease as they add a document etc.

It would be useful if we were able to supply our own custom thank you when a candidate registers. We would include the next steps and manage candidate expectations.

It would be useful if we are able to add an option to allow mandatory requirements for the Limited Workers, so we can ensure they supply this information during registration.

Please can we request an update to the equal opportunities questionnaire. If someone selects yes to disability, please can there be space for an explanation re reasonable adjustments required. In addition, an optional tick box (or signed box) to provide permission to share with the client.

On the onboarding form add an option to opt out of the working time directive as a lot of our staffs opt out

In the compliance section the ability to upload a DBS (and an update service confirmation) as well as add an expiry date for compliance reasons

When we are onboarding candidates on CentricFlow who are Limited, there is no option for them to be able to supply their VAT code, which is causing confusion when they are presented with a VAT Number field, but they are not VAT Registered. The same options would be needed that a consultant has, T0, T1 etc
