Could we please have 'Known Allergies' on the Medical Questionnaire

It would be useful to be able to link a single question to multiple forms.

It would be useful if we we able to amend the Equal Opportunities section and to include more questions.

It would be useful to be able to change the working of the sections on the onboarding form, specifically, when a candidate around the signing and acceptance stage

It would be useful to be able to bulk activate candidates, rather than one at a time.

Is it possible to be more explicit with this wording? E.g. before submitting your application, you must open and review the entire document before proceeding to signature. By signing… FD 8531
