Please could we have an import client contacts feature that allows us to select a CSV with client contacts details (Contact ID, Name, Telephone, Email, Mobile, etc) and then have an external client id to link the contact to an existing CentricFlow Client so then we can update contact details in bulk via a CSV file?

If the Contact ID/Reference already exists in CentricFlow then it will override the existing contact details.

Otherwise it will add a new client contact record.
