It would be much more efficient if the client's website could be included directly in the CSV upload, rather than having to add it manually afterward. Also, the website link should be clickable—not just plain text—so we don't have to waste time copying and pasting it to access the site.

Additionally, it may be more practical to place the 'Head Office' section at the top of the page, as we typically deal with HQs first when working with most clients. Having it more accessible would streamline the workflow.
