Booking plan now shows the start and end time. However, this does come through on the PDF report. Could this be included as well as the total hours worked for each shift so we are able to see how many hours each shift is totalling up to and there is a tally of the total hours been worked in any given week?

This has been released on the most recent release.
When you generate the report, the start and end times are shown on the report. You must ensure the Additional Setting > Show Booking start and finish times on the Booking plan switched on.

This will allow the end times to be included in the PDF report. The Excel report already has this in.
There will be a separate report detailing the hours.
