As a consultant I want to view the total hours booked and submitted for a single shift per week. So that I can view the actual total hours submitted and booked at a glance.

My suggestion is to add an extra column called total hours. And then similar to the way the booked and submitted times are shown replicate this for total booked and submitted hours.
